Meeting with Derek Axelrod, owner of NYC’s Teqa, all he wanted was a custom paint job and a set of wheels for his 1951 Mercury. After we met and went over his car, we informed him that his car needed much more than that, although it was not in terrible condition; it was not what we like to consider the Krazy House standard. We showed him the rusted chassis, the bad body work, the below par metal flooring, warn out moldings, brushings, etc. After not much convincing, Derek gave us the ok to do a full rest on this soon to be Krazy 51′ Mercury… and off we go.
